Foro Amexitec 2023

Meat is an important source of high-quality nutrients and should be part of a balanced, diverse, and sufficient diet. It is necessary to promote actions for the safe and sustainable systems of production, processing and marketing of meat and meat products.

Therefore, The Mexican Association of Meat Science and Technology A.C. (AMEXITEC) invite to participate in the 4^th FORO AMEXITEC with the aim to disseminate scientific and technological research in meat science and technology, and to promote the link between academia and the productive sector and industry.

In its fourth edition, the FORO AMEXITEC will be held from October 26 to 27, 2023 via Zoom with the theme "Meat, source of health and social welfare".

The FORO AMEXITEC 2023 will involve more than 600 attendees from 16 countries. The program includes   conferences, discussion panels and the presentation of free papers on various aspects of meat science and technology.
