IPPE 2027

The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) 2027 is the world's largest annual event focused on the poultry, egg, meat, and animal food industries. It brings together professionals from across the entire protein production and processing chain to discover the latest technologies, equipment, supplies, services, and solutions for improving operations and maintaining competitiveness. IPPE is a collaboration of the International Feed Expo, International Meat Expo, and International Poultry Expo.

The 2027 edition is expected to feature 1,200+ exhibitors, more than 620,000 square feet of exhibit space, and 32,000+ attendees. The event combines a large exhibition floor with educational programs, TECHTalks, networking activities, product showcases, and specialized industry programs.
